#1-I may need lipstick and a hair cut, I may need to run more often (I’m working on it), deep clean more often, change the laundry from the washer to dryer faster, but instead I’m taking a moment to let my beautiful baby boy take a nap on his momma. Working full-time I don’t get to be with Carraway nearly as much as I would like to. Hopefully one day (soon!) that will change. I need more moments like this. They keep me fighting. He will be one on the 23rd. I will not let these moments slip away.
#2-Darius Rucker’s “If I Told You.” I am OBSESSED with this song, and can listen to it on repeat during a lunch hour. As a matter of fact, I’m listening to it at this very moment. 🙂
#3-So, I broke out the ole’ query letter and did some major revisions. I wrote a book a little while ago and can’t wait to get it published! Writing has always been therapy for me. I can’t wait to start on #2! I guess I need to get #1 published first! Hmm…maybe I’ll post some excerpts here and there.
#4-I ran 4 days last week. This week I will run a minimum of 6 days. I want to bring that to EVERYDAY. Time to change that #fitmomwannabe to #fitmom.
#5-I know this is a flashback, but these two make my world go round.
